or at site, for cleaning the Developed Basement Areas at a rate of $50 per hour, using 30 min. increments (e.g: extra time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is
billed an extra $75 net per cleaning person). Window cleaning (only on the inside, and only areas reachable without a ladder) is offered separately.
¹ We clean the inside of the refrigerator and oven (excluding gas and self-cleaning types) only with your consent, and only if all the food, dishware, and
other cooking ware have been removed by the owner/occupant prior to our commencing the task. We would clean the inside of the kitchen’s cabinets
only where the pots & pans, tableware, china, glassware, etc permit doing so. Should the owner/occupant remove the aforementioned prior to our
commencing the task, we will clean all the areas made free of breakable objects. Note: other packages may offer more.

Developed Basement Areas and Additions: These are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE. However, arrangements can be made in advance,
or at site, for cleaning the Developed Basement Areas at a rate of $50 per man-hour, in 30 min. increments (e.g: extra time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is
billed an extra $75 net per cleaning person). Window cleaning (only on the inside, and only areas reachable without a ladder) is offered separately.
¹ We clean the inside of the refrigerator and oven (excluding gas and self-cleaning types) only with your consent, and only if all the food, dishware, and
other cooking ware have been removed by the owner/occupant prior to our commencing the task. We would clean the inside of the kitchen’s cabinets
only where the pots & pans, tableware, china, glassware, etc permit doing so. Should the owner/occupant remove the aforementioned prior to our
commencing the task, we will clean all the areas made free of breakable objects. Note: other packages may offer more.
² We do not remove furniture or appliances to gain access to areas normally not visible; however, if you do that in advance (e.g. pull out refrigerator,
etc.), we will clean the areas exposed for you. Note: other packages may offer more.
Products Used: We use certified environmentally friendly products wherever possible. Due to the possibility of heavy build-ups in specific areas, regular
products may offer better results. We require your consent to use such products. Should the owner/occupant wish to use their own (existing) cleaning
products, we can accommodate the request.
Cancellation Policies: We require minimum 48 hours notice when cancelling your cleaning services booked with us. A $50 dollars fee applies to all
cancellations which occur less than 48 hour to the booked day/time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE (Note that we can also accommodate special requests):

Travelling to and from the Residential address provided to us during the Booking process.
o
Kitchen: Cleaning and Sanitizing of all working surfaces: counter top, breakfast bar, island, backsplash tile, sinks & faucets, etc.
o
Kitchen: Cleaning of range stove, oven, refrigerator (including inside¹, but excluding the freezer compartment unless emptied and defrosted
in advance by the Owner), range microwave, range hood (including inside but not pass the filter), dishwasher.
o
Kitchen: Cleaning of all cabinets (inside¹ and outside), compartments under the sink, and/or other shelving/stowing units.
o
Kitchen: Cleaning of windows including frame, stool, apron. Only on the inside of dwelling, and only areas reachable without a ladder.
o
Kitchen: Dusting of exposed walls and reachable lighting fixtures; cleaning of exposed² baseboards and air registers.
o
Kitchen: Vacuuming, Cleaning, and Moping of exposed² floor areas (tiles, slate, hardwood, laminate, linoleum, carpet).

Kitchen: Taking out the kitchen garbage.
o
Bathroom(s): Cleaning and Sanitizing of all surfaces: vanity top, mirror, sinks & faucets, backsplash tile, shower cabin, bathtub, toilet, bidet,
etc.

Bathroom(s): Cleaning and Moping of exposed² floor areas (tiles, slate, linoleum).

Bathroom(s): Dusting or wiping of doors, exposed walls and reachable lighting fixtures; cleaning of exposed² baseboards and air registers.

Bathroom(s): Outside cleaning of all cabinets and shelving units, and inside cleaning of those whose content have been removed in
advance by the owner/occupant.

Bathroom(s): Taking out the bathrooms garbage.
